Refund & Return Policy

At Clever Fox Funlab, we stand by the quality of our educational toys. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used products (especially baby products)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include clear photos/videos for a Free Replacement or Full Refund.

Refund Process

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, contact your payment provider, then reach out to us at our support email.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Reach out to our team for assistance.
