Our Story – From Parents to Toy Innovators
We are S. Ranjan Mohapatra and Praveen G, co-founders of Clever Fox FunLab and active directors at Clever Fox Publishing Private Limited.
As parents ourselves, we’ve faced the same struggle you might have:
- Toys in the market were either unsafe, poor quality, or didn’t add real educational value.
- Play schools often still relied on outdated teaching methods, missing the joy of true play-based learning.
Ranjan’s personal journey shaped this vision deeply.
As a child, he faced academic pressure that made him dislike studying. But during his MBA, he discovered interactive, fun learning—and realized how powerful it could be.
“I never wanted my kids—or any child—to go through a boring education system. Like in the movie 3 Idiots, I wanted every child to wake up thinking: ‘Aaj kuch naya sikhte hain’ (Let’s learn something new today).”
That’s why Clever Fox FunLab was born—to create toys that are safe, fun, and educational, giving kids the joy of learning while playing.
